What we collect

Just your email address, submitted voluntarily when you sign up for The Daily Steep. We don't collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal details through this form.

Why we collect it

Solely to send you The Daily Steep by email. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the email delivery service described below.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing — see below.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use Brevo, an email delivery platform, to store your email address and send the newsletter. Brevo acts as our data processor under a standard data processing agreement; you can read Brevo's own privacy and security practices at brevo.com/legal.

How long we keep it

For as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active sending list; residual records may persist briefly in Brevo's systems per their own retention practices before permanent deletion.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can also ask us to confirm what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it entirely, by emailing [contact address to be confirmed].

Security

The signup form and website are served over HTTPS. We don't store your email address ourselves outside of Brevo's platform.
